Spring is a season of great excitement with the arrival of new foals, none more so than with the first season sire's progeny.

One stallion with his first crop currently hitting the ground is Woodlands Stud's Domesday, and the results so far have been sensational, to say the least. Woodlands are absolutely thrilled with the quality of foals that have so far arrived this spring. The son of Red Ransom is an impressive looking stallion and is really stamping his foals and looks to have a very bright future.

We firmly believe that Domeday has what it takes to be a topline stallion. We put one of our mares, Dalimix Gold [NZ] to him and she produced her first foal to him this spring, a stunning filly [pictured].

Domesday raced only 8 times only in the best company and won 2 races including the STC Silver Slipper S. Gr 2 (1100 m.). He was a highly regarded 2 year old and was retired to stud as a 4 year old.
